TDANCE 2026 Operational, Business & Shipping Policies

1. Operational Hours & Holiday Schedule

  • Business Days: Monday to Friday (no order processing or shipping on weekends).
  • Customer Service Hours: 9:30 AM – 5:30 PM PST.
  • Warehouse Public Hours: 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM PST.
  • Observed Holidays: Closed on Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, and New Year's Day. No shipping is available during these holidays.

2. Order Processing & Shipping

2.1 Shipping Coverage & Fees

  • Free Shipping Eligibility:
    Continental U.S.: Free shipping on orders over $89.
    Puerto Rico, Alaska, Virgin Islands, Guam: Free shipping on orders over $119.

  • Standard Shipping (USPS):
    Continental U.S.: $10.99.
    Puerto Rico, Alaska, Virgin Islands, Guam: $14.99.

  • Expedited Shipping (FedEx 2Day): $24.99&$29.99 (Continental U.S.).

2.2 Processing & Delivery Timeframes

  • Standard Processing: Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 24 business hours.
  • Expedited Processing: Expedited orders placed by 2:00 PM PST will ship the same business day (subject to availability).
  • High-Volume Periods: During promotions or product launches, order processing may take up to 5 additional business days.
  • Delivery Estimates:
    Standard shipping: 2–7 business days after shipment.
    FedEx 2Day: 2 business days after shipment (excluding weekends/holidays).

  • Delays & Out-of-Stock: If a delay occurs (e.g., item out of stock), we will notify you promptly to discuss replacement or cancellation.

2.3 Tracking & Order Verification

  • Tracking Information: A tracking number is provided once your order ships. Tracking details are emailed post-fulfillment and can be monitored at: https://www.tdancelashes.com/apps/17TRACK.
  • Additional Verification: Rarely, orders may require extra verification. You will be contacted within 1 business day; failure to provide necessary verification within 3 business days may result in order cancellation.

3. Promotions & Discounts

  • TDANCE occasionally offers promotional codes and discounts, valid only during the advertised period (no retroactive application).
  • One promo or reward code is allowed per order.
  • Exclusions: Discounts may not apply to final sale items, new releases, and products on the "We Made Too Much" page.

4. Warranties, Cancellations & Returns

  • Product Warranty: Select tools come with a 2-month limited warranty. To file a claim, email contact@tdancelashes.com. Each claim is subject to approval and limited to one per product.
  • Order Cancellation: Requests must be submitted immediately after ordering. Orders cannot be canceled once shipped. For unwanted shipped items, refer to our return policy.
